Google started a while ago with publishing over 10 million photos from the Life Magazine (there is a link with Time magazine but I don’t really understand how). This collection of pictures shows legendary images of which some had never been seen before they were published here. I did a quick search and came up with some famous people of which I had only seen a few well known pictures which you can find in any encyclopedia. But now the virtual image we create of them in our minds can be enlarged big time with this additional footage. If you’re like me and get overly excited with a source like this – head over to Google Images and search with ‘source:life’ to start the fun. Here is my pick of famous people/events.

Einstein

Hitler

Lincoln

Leopold

JulesVerne

Hindenburg

MarilynMonroe

CharlieChaplin

Elvis

Marx
